Don't be a Dead Sea! If you know your geography, you would know that the Sea of Galilee pours into the Jordan river, which in turn the Jordan river pour into the Dead Sea. One of the main reasons no living organism can survive in the Dead Sea is because there is no water flow. In other words, the Dead Sea only gains water but does not give. Here is my point: Don't be like the Dead Sea. Don't only receive and not give. That leads to "death" (not beneficial). We are called to recieve and share God's amazing grace! Yes, the Dead Sea benefits from the River of Jordan's water, but it doe not benefit others...only itself. Similarly, receiving God's grace does benefits you, but pouring into others encourages more life! I challenge you to be like the Jordan River. Receive and encourage life! Be someone who doesn't just receive but also pours!
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
KEEP ON PURSUING HIM!
have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross!
