We are here to be intentional. Intentional with God & intentional with others. But, our generation’s problem is that we love to put up facades, especially on social media. This media that has taken control of our culture has created connection but has destroyed relationships. We have only mere ideas of who a person is. Our generation has lost the value of knowing someone. We have lost intentionality with each other. What good does a meaningless conversation do? It doesn't. It’s purposeless. It’s boring. And, it builds up our facades even more. So why are we so afraid of being intentional & breaking down our walls? Surely everyone is tired of being stuck in such a surface level world? Let’s stop fearing disapproval & living in pride, and let’s start reaching out & asking someone how they really are doing. Break down those facades!
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching.” -Hebrews 10:24-25
